The processing time begins on the date your order is placed. We usually endeavor to process all orders the same day (if received before 5pm) or within the next business day.
Heavy items, such as Smart Safe, will incur a shipping fee that differs from our standard rates.
Shipping within the UAE:
We have partnered with best in class express shipping couriers to ensure safe delivery of your package.

- Costs 30 AED (free for orders AED200 and above)
- Shipping within 1-3 days if product in stock
- Lock installation and setup available for an added cost
- Other Emirates:
- Door-to-door delivery
- Costs 30 AED (free for orders AED200 and above)
