Do you install the lock for me?
Yes. Our technicians fit the lock, usually in a single visit, and test every unlock method before they leave. We also help you set up the app and add users. Message us with your door type and we will confirm the installed price.
Do I need Wi-Fi, or is Bluetooth enough?
A Bluetooth lock opens from your phone when you are at the door. To unlock remotely, share codes while you are away or check the entry log from anywhere, choose a Wi-Fi lock or add a gateway. A gateway also suits offices that manage several doors.
What happens if the battery runs out?
You get low-battery warnings well before the battery is empty, so there is time to replace it. If it ever does run flat, every lock has a backup way in, such as the mechanical key.
What warranty do I get?
Every lock comes with a UAE warranty. The length depends on the model and is shown on its product page. Our team also supports you on WhatsApp after installation.
How can I pay?
By card at checkout, on a secure payment page. For a business or multi-door order, message us on WhatsApp and we will send a quote.
Can I give temporary access to guests or cleaners?
Yes. With an app-connected lock you can create passcodes that only work on certain days or hours, or expire after a set time, and remove them at any time.
