  • Items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Products must be in original condition, unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  • Returns sent without following above conditions will not be accepted.

  2. Include your Order Number and the reason for return or exchange.
  3. Once we receive your request, our Customer Service team will respond with instructions.
  4. Follow the provided steps to complete your return or exchange.
  5. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  6. You’ll be notified via email once your return or exchange has been processed.
  7. Items that do not meet return criteria (e.g., damaged, used, or missing packaging) may be rejected or subject to restocking fees.

📌 Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Order Cancellations

  • Within 24 Hours (Unshipped Orders): You may cancel your order and receive a full refund.
  • After Shipment: We cannot cancel orders that have already been shipped. You may request a return once the item has been delivered.
  • Refund Timeline: Refunds are typically processed within 5 to 15 business days. If you haven’t received your refund within 30 days, please contact us.
