- Items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Products must be in original condition, unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- Returns sent without following above conditions will not be accepted.

- Include your Order Number and the reason for return or exchange.
- Once we receive your request, our Customer Service team will respond with instructions.
- Follow the provided steps to complete your return or exchange.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- You’ll be notified via email once your return or exchange has been processed.
- Items that do not meet return criteria (e.g., damaged, used, or missing packaging) may be rejected or subject to restocking fees.
📌 Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
3. Order Cancellations
- Within 24 Hours (Unshipped Orders): You may cancel your order and receive a full refund.
- After Shipment: We cannot cancel orders that have already been shipped. You may request a return once the item has been delivered.
- Refund Timeline: Refunds are typically processed within 5 to 15 business days. If you haven’t received your refund within 30 days, please contact us.
