Q: Are the products covered under warranty?
Yes, all our smart locks carry a 1 year warranty against any manufacturing defects. Improper usage and alterations to the smart locks are not covered in warranty.
Q: I live in a rented home. Can I still have a smart lock?
Yes, we have several models which better suit rented accommodations. These are very simple to install and configure. Usually, cylinder models are suitable for rental home installations as it doesn’t require drilling or any modifications on the door.

Q: I need a smart lock that I can operate from my phone. Do you have any?
Altix offers a variety of locks that can be controlled via either the Tuya app or TTLock app. You can check them all at our product listings.
Q: Do you provide installation?
We do provide installation services for our smart locks right at your home. DIY locks can be installed by yourself with the help of our manual provided for all locks, but should you need any help, we can install it for you.
Q: Where can I find instructions to install and configure the locks?
You can watch the many videos we have on our YouTube channel for whichever lock you need help in. You can also check our How To page for a guide on installation of your lock.
Q: What payment methods can I use?
You can pay by card when purchasing on our online store. We offer very secure payments via our payment partner Stripe. We also offer Apple Pay and Google Pay checkout.
Q: Is it safe to use my credit card on the website?
Yes, the data is transmitted SSL-encrypted. For payments with Visa and Master card only SET transactions (secure electronic transactions) are accepted. We also use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, which encrypts and protects the data you send to us over the internet.
We also offer Apple Pay and Google Pay payment methods.
Q: What is the delivery time?
Usually, products are shipped 1 – 2 business days from day of order with 24H delivery. For remote location our delivery time is dependent on the delivery partner.

Q: What are the shipping charges to my location?
For shipping to Dubai or other Emirates, we offer a 30 AED shipping fee inclusive of door-to-door delivery done within 1-3 days. However, shipping fee will be void in case product costs 200 AED or above.
Q: What is your exchange policy?
You can exchange a product within 7 days as long as it is unopened and un-used. In case of locks that have already been installed or are faulty, call us for help.
