Excellent , easy to install and use.
Be sure to check and recheck physically the the extender novel nut location prior drilling in the door frame. You will be needing cutting equipment in hand or handy near by to cut the 2 bolts / Screws provided and the square door handle bar per the door thickness. TTlock offers one free pass through period to be programmed. A small fee for subscription is required to be paid.to ttlock for 1, 2 or 3Yrs and unlocking premium features. Overall a good product for SMB use case.

Good for Thin Aluminum doors, Product is of good quality, It’s the only suitable slim internal mortise for Aluminum sheet door. Though it needed some adjustment in the door, Technician able to fix it on door perfectly. TT lock app is simple and convenient to configure the lock security system. It’s reset button is just inside the battery compartment which is not mentioned in the user manual. There is voice feedback for it’s actions.

Easy to install, configure and use lock
I like how simple yet feature-rich this lock is. The App is great and easy to use and connects with the lock without any issues.
This is my opinion currently but will monitor how it goes in a few months.

This lock is a great option if you want full control of access from both sides. The two-way locking feature is exactly what I needed, because it helps prevent my kids from opening the door and going outside without my attention.
At first I had some trouble during setup, but later I understood it was because I enabled two-way authorization. Once I configured it correctly, it worked as expected.
Overall, a very useful lock for families who want extra safety and controlled entry/exit.
Update:
I faced an issue where the outside lock was opening with unregistered fingerprints, allowing anyone to access. I tried multiple troubleshooting steps but the problem continued.
Eventually, a technician explained that since this is a dual-access lock, the outer unit needs to be added as a separate device in the app. After adding it as a new device, everything worked perfectly and the issue was completely resolved.
